Return Policy

At Boston Bijoux, we want you to love your jewelry.  If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our return options.  Please read our return policy carefully:

Returns and Exchanges:
We offer returns for exchanges and online/store credit within 14 days of delivery date.  We do not provide cash or credit card refunds.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.  You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return:

Please ensure items are insured for their full value to prevent loss or damage during transit. Any losses should be claimed with the carrier by the sender.

In-Store Purchases:
Items bought in-store can be exchanged or receive store credit at the same location.

Online Sales:
Online purchases can be exchanged for a gift card redeemable online.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt. If there are defects, damage, or a wrong item, please contact us immediately.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable:
Certain items can't be returned: estate, custom, personalized items, and special orders. Reach out with questions before purchasing.

Items Not Eligible for Return:
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
